Responsibilities * Responsible for the daily administration, monitoring, and support of enterprise file storage, backup, and secure file transfer systems across on-premises and Azure M365 environments. * Focus on maintaining the operational integrity of file shares, DFS namespaces, NTFS permissions, and backup platforms, as well as supporting Kiteworks-based secure file transfer workflows. * Manage user access and permissions, perform routine backup validation and restoration, monitor system health and storage capacity, and respond to service requests and incidents. * Assist with patching, configuration updates and compliance reporting, and will work closely with engineering, security and service desk teams to ensure continuity of service. * Play a vital part in ensuring secure, reliable, and recoverable file and data exchange services across the enterprise. Qualifications * Active Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience. * Minimum 3-5 years in an IT related field.
- Active IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
- Kiteworks certification.
