Reports to the Property Manager

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

Position Overview

The Package Coordinator is responsible for receiving, registering, and checking out packages for the residents.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Registering packages
• Answer phone calls
• Receive packages and register them in the system.
• Maintains a safe and clean reception area.
• Handle inquiries from residents
• Generate a package report at the end of the shift.
  
  

Requirements

• HS Diploma is required
• Proficient with Microsoft MS programs; Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Must have strong time management skills and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift to 30 lbs
• Bilingual a plus
