Warehouse Worker - 20.30$/hour

Position summary

This warehouse role supports receiving, stock picking, packing, shipping, light assembly, and general material handling in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. You will help keep product moving accurately, safely, and efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards.

What you’ll do

• Receive, pick, pack, ship, and stock warehouse product.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Count parts, wrap products, crate items, label shipments, and support export packing.
• Complete cycle counts and general warehouse housekeeping.
• Use ORACLE and warehouse management systems to support daily operations.
• Use RF picking and other PC-based warehouse tools.
• Read and follow pick tickets, packing instructions, safety alerts, and other work documents.
• Read and interpret drawings and instructions for light assembly work.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Support safety, productivity, quality, attendance, and teamwork standards.
• Complete other assigned duties as needed.

What you’ll need

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• At least 6 months of forklift driving experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and practices.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime when needed.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to learn new skills and equipment.
• Experience with ORACLE or similar warehouse systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to use mobile equipment and hand tools safely.
• Ability to wear required PPE.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and work closely with other team members.
