Warehouse Associate - $20.00/hour

Position summary

This warehouse role supports internal technicians and external vendors through shipping and receiving, inventory handling, equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and transportation of company vehicles when needed. The main focus of the role is packing and shipping inventory while helping maintain equipment and the warehouse environment.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate order preparation and shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Work with the shipping team to complete daily orders, including larger orders for field staff.
• Clean, repair, fabricate, and maintain pest control equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Handle basic vendor communication related to delivery schedules, shipment issues, and order discrepancies.
• Receive vendor shipments, verify accuracy, and update the inventory system.
• Operate a forklift to move products as needed.
• Transport company service vehicles and trailers within the service area.
• Perform building maintenance as needed.
• Complete daily warehouse cleanup.
• Follow OSHA, state, and workplace safety procedures.
• Participate in training to improve knowledge and meet safety requirements.
• Maintain a professional, courteous attitude with internal and external contacts.
• Organize work effectively and complete tasks on time.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of equipment maintenance or vehicle maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and build positive relationships with coworkers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tools and electrical work is a plus.
• Ability to use computer-based tools such as email.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach overhead, and climb ladders regularly.
• Ability to drive vehicles with manual shift and operate power tools, forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies.
• Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods.
• Ability to walk, twist, and squat throughout the workday.
