Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Food Science, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in the food industry (particularly bakery) with a specialization in enzyme formulation and application.
- Expertise in enzyme chemistry and its practical use in food processing applications
- Skilled in statistical methods and experimental design for product development and optimization
- Open to 10–15% travel
