RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to manage the maintenance process to ensure maximum equipment uptime to meet company and customer specifications and government regulations
- Must manage the MRO storeroom function and material/service purchases
- Must coordinate with production to meet changing production needs.
- Must set standards for safety involvement and accountability in the department and leads by example
- Must manage the Maintenance department budget within established guidelines, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Must have knowledge of equipment theory and history, electrical operations, advanced process controls, power generation, hydraulics refrigeration, pneumatics, thermodynamics, welding, machining, maintenance scheduling, reliability centered maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance or related field
- 8 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in dairy manufacturing.
- Must have knowledge of equipment theory and history, electrical operations, advanced process controls, power generation, hydraulics refrigeration, pneumatics, thermodynamics, welding, machining, maintenance scheduling, reliability centered maintenance
