Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, and monitor corrective and preventive action plans to ensure long-term product and process reliability.
• Lead failure investigations, perform root cause analysis, and track corrective action effectiveness.
• Oversee reliability testing, equipment calibration, and verification processes.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QMS, and EMS standards.
• Coordinate regulatory audits, including UL and other external assessments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Warehousing, and Program Management to maintain and improve quality standards
• Provide quality reports and updates to customers and vendors through meetings and regular communication.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement proactive quality strategies across the organization.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of quality control or quality engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of mechanical drawings, tools, and server-level component design/integration.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with quality systems and SPC (Statistical Process Control) tools.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving, high-volume environment; able to work extended hours, weekends, and travel as needed
