Responsibilities
- Act as the primary project lead, aligning customer requirements with internal capabilities for new customers and product lines
- Develop, maintain, and track timelines, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, HR, business development, and customer service to meet commitments
- Partner with Business Development and Customer Service to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive customer experience
- Provide regular status updates, escalate risks, enforce accountability, and ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Business, or a closely related discipline is required
- Project or program management experience in manufacturing, product launches, or customer onboarding
- Deep expertise in manufacturing workflows and product launch requirements
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Background in regulated or high‑specification products
