Job Summary?

This position is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are consistently achieved while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires strong leadership to guide and motivate the production team, monitor workflows, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and operational effectiveness.

As a Production Supervisor , You Will

• This position is responsible for leading and managing all production, tooling, and EHS operations to meet or exceed key performance indicators.
• The role emphasizes fostering a positive, safety-focused culture built on teamwork and continuous improvement.
• A strong commitment to employee engagement, training, and development is essential to maintaining a skilled and motivated workforce.
• The ideal candidate will develop and manage production systems grounded in Lean Manufacturing principles, collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products, and maintain compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Additional responsibilities include overseeing the Tooling Department-handling preventive maintenance, mold repair, and new mold construction-while developing performance metrics and accountability systems across departments.
• This role also drives process improvements and cost-efficiency initiatives without compromising safety or quality and provides leadership through performance reviews, career planning, and professional development of team members.
  
  

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

• A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates should have a minimum of five years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating the ability to manage teams and oversee daily production operations effectively.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, as well as prolonged periods of standing and walking within the manufacturing facility.

Salary Range

$60,000 -$70,000 DOE
