RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all plant operations including production, maintenance, and distribution functions.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure safety, engagement, and performance.
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput.
- Set clear performance goals and hold teams accountable for results.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities and share best practices.
- Manage production planning, ERP data accuracy, and performance metrics reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP).
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 7 years of manufacturing or production management experience.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with a focus on coaching and accountability.
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement tools.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in paper converting, packaging, or printing industries is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
