Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, production, procurement, logistics, and field installation
- Develop and control project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk‑mitigation actions
- Serve as the main communication point for stakeholders, customers, contractors, and vendors
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, safety compliance, and material readiness to meet project timelines
- Track project costs, provide status and financial updates, and drive continuous improvement in project execution processes
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of production, installation, and construction workflows, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment
- Proficient with project management and ERP systems, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills for coordinating teams and stakeholders
- Preferred: 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, construction, or related fields, plus familiarity with technical drawings and custom manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of procurement and supply‑chain processes, with PMP certification considered a strong asset
