Responsibilities
- Oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, safety, quality, delivery, and financial performance
- Drive a Safety‑First culture while improving daily performance across OTD, quality, throughput, cost, rework, and labor
- Optimize staffing, scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow to maximize operational efficiency
- Build scalable processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve flow using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and visual management
- Set and execute the manufacturing operations roadmap, manage budgets and margins, lead change readiness for new technologies/products, and develop a high‑performing site leadership team
Qualifications
- 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and operations environments
- Strong background in high‑volume, precision, and technology‑driven production settings
- Demonstrated success improving production systems through disciplined execution and continuous improvement
- Skilled in cross‑cultural leadership and effective stakeholder management
- Experience scaling production, introducing new product lines, and working within regulated standards (ISO 13485, ITAR, CGMP, CMMC)
