- Manage recruitment and onboarding activities, from job postings to interviews and new‑hire integration
- Foster positive employee relations by handling inquiries, resolving conflicts, and supporting workplace culture
- Oversee performance management processes, compliance audits, and accurate HR recordkeeping
- Coordinate training, development, payroll, and benefits administration in partnership with relevant departments
- Contribute to HR reporting, projects, and initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, in retail environment.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and established HR practices
- Skilled in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and effective communication/interpersonal abilities
