Duties

• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory movements, update stock levels, and process shipments
• Assist with order picking, packing, and staging products for shipment or storage, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
• Stock shelves efficiently while maintaining organization for quick access and inventory control
• Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with team members to fulfill e-commerce orders promptly
• Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper load & unload procedures and reporting any hazards or equipment issues

Requirements

• Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or similar material handling equipment
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and inventory management in a warehouse setting
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and order accuracy
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stocking and order picking tasks
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols and proper equipment handling techniques
• Prior experience in e-commerce distribution centers or warehouse environments is preferred
