We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Food Safety Manager to oversee all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance efforts within our facility. This role ensures that all food handling, preparation, and storage practices meet or exceed local, state, and federal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain food safety programs (HACCP, GMPs, SOPs).
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Monitor food storage, preparation, and temperature control logs.
• Lead corrective actions in response to safety violations or contamination risks.
• Serve as the primary contact during health inspections and regulatory audits.
• Maintain documentation required for compliance and certification.
• Investigate food safety incidents and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in food manufacturing, food service, or quality assurance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
