Employee Benefits Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 40 ongoing client accounts with consistent to moderate engagement levels
• Manages end to end benefits administration including HRIS setup, enrollment updates, payroll deductions, and dependent verification to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Oversees client accounts utilizing both Trion Master plans and customized Client Level plans
• Audits and reconciles carrier invoices, runs ACA and eligibility reports, and supports regulatory compliance including COBRA and National Medical Support Notices
• Maintains comprehensive client and employee records, prepares custom benefits packets, and provides census data and cost sheets as needed
• Serves as the primary client liaison, addressing benefit inquiries, conducting presentations, and ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a similar area preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in benefits administration or a similar HR function
• Understanding of ACA regulations principles
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Salary: $73k- $75k
