Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with facility teams, mechanical contractors, and distributors by using a consultative, solution‑based approach to selling air filtration and indoor air quality products.
- Manages and grows existing filtration accounts while achieving sales, margin, and territory performance goals across industrial, commercial, and institutional markets
- Identifies new opportunities by researching facilities, understanding HVAC/filtration needs, and targeting prospects such as hospitals, universities, manufacturing plants, and property management groups.
- Prepares accurate proposals and filtration recommendations, resolves customer issues quickly, and communicates market trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements to leadership.
- Collaborates closely with marketing, operations, engineering, and customer service to support product launches, technical solutions, and a unified sales strategy
- Analyzes territory performance, maintains account plans, stays current on IAQ regulations and filtration standards (ASHRAE, ISO), and represents the company at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Self‑motivated sales professional with 5 years of experience in HVAC, air filtration, IAQ solutions, or related technical product sales; bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
- Skilled in value‑added technical selling, including filtration selection, pricing strategy, and communicating HVAC concepts to facility managers, engineers, and contractor partners
- Proven success selling to mechanical contractors, building engineers, facility managers, and decision makers in commercial and industrial environments
- Strong track record of meeting revenue and profitability goals, with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), with the ability to manage a territory, prioritize opportunities, and collaborate effectively across teams
Salary: $110k bonus, company car, expenses, full benefits package
