Accounts Payable Specialist
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment accuracy. This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and voucher incoming invoices
- Match invoices to receiving documents and check stubs
- Issue checks and enter manual checks into the system
- Maintain organized files for vouchers, paid invoices, and recurring payments
- Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors regarding missing invoices or account questions
- Prepare credit applications for new suppliers
- Ensure vendors are correctly set up for 1099 reporting
- Prepare and file 1099 and 1042 forms by IRS deadlines
- Support the accounting team with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Epicor 11 preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
