What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Shift Production Worker position at AJ MANUFACTURING - MASTER?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in a safe manner, following A.J.’s safe work policies
- Follow work processes and procedures to ensure that a quality product is going out to our customers
- Be cross-trained in different areas within the plants
- Operate manufacturing equipment and various hand tools
Schedule:
Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6am-6:30pm.
Pay $18.25 hour $3.25 shift differential = $21.50 per hour
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to produce a quality product
- Lift and carry over 50 pounds
- Knowledge of hand tools and use of a tape measure is helpful, we will train
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Frequently lift and carry materials and products, up to 50 pounds regularly
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Bend, twist, kneel, squat, climb, and reach regularly
- Safely handle tools, packaging materials, and other warehouse equipment
Salary : $18 - $22
