What we do: A.J. Manufacturing builds the highest quality doors and vinyl windows for the residential, commercial, and agriculture sectors. Plus, we are also the leading manufacturer of HVAC access doors and panels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in a safe manner, following A.J.’s safe work policies
- Follow work processes and procedures to ensure that a quality product is going out to our customers
- Have the opportunity to cross-train in different areas within the plants
- Operate manufacturing equipment and various hand tools
Schedule:
1st shift: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Some overtime may be required on Fridays.
Pay $18.25 hour

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to produce a quality product
- Lift and carry over 50 pounds
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Bend, twist, kneel, squat, climb, and reach regularly
- Safely handle tools, packaging materials, and other warehouse equipment
- Work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment
