Office Assistant Job Description
We are looking for an Marketing Assistant to join our team at AIYANA. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of marketing tasks including Socail Media for the clinic, Events, Newsletter, Reactivation and other tasks that the supervisor gives.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, organized and analytical. This is a part time job, around 10-20 hours per week, but will have an option to increase if duties become more time consuming.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting Clinic and Managers:
- Planning and executing monthly events
- Decorating the office for seasons
- Making flyers and brochures
- Making ads for facebook and google
- Responding to marketing emails
- Using high level marketing
- Getting new patients in the door using various strategies
- Making and planning our news letter
- Responsible for sending out any information to patients via email
- Running errands
- Scanning Documents
- Any other tasks that deemed necessary by your manager
