Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Business Development Manager for a full-time position. This role involves driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and executing business development strategies, managing client accounts, attending industry events, and staying informed about market trends to ensure alignment with company objectives. You will provide support to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the expansion of our market presence.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in business development, particularly within the large aerospace primes for US Government procurements.
- Strategy creation and implementation, and client relationship management
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking, market analysis, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with military, aerospace, or embedded systems industry is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; Advanced degree is a plus
- Ability to travel as required for customer meetings and industry events
