What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Control Specialist position at AISIN?
| ● Responsible for Inventory Control including verification of inventory amounts for mass production, | |||
| service and new model, in accordance with customer/production demand and supplier/internal capacity. | |||
| (includes but not limited to:raw material, component, product, supplies, power equipment, packaging) | |||
| ● Obtain, organize and analyze data from multiple sources to provide forecast to the plant for resource planning. | |||
| ● Develop and maintain relationship with customers, and monitor and react to demand changes. | |||
| ● Develop and maintain relationship with suppliers, and monitor and control supplier activities. | |||
| ● Develop and maintain relationship with the team, closely coodinating with appropriate personnel. | |||
| ● Coordinate and process engineering change instruction (ECI), and associated ramp up / build out activities. | |||
| ● Identify opportunities to reduce overall cost and manhour needed within the department and implement. | |||
| ● Identify opportunities to improve accuracy of output from the department and implement. | |||
| ● Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety, security and quality standards. | |||
| ● All other reasonably related tasks within the Company as required by Management. | |||
Qualifications:
| ● Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred. |
| ● Two years of prior applicable experience in Production Control preferred. |
| ● Automotive experience preferred. |
