You will:- Build and guide a high-performing team of service technicians.
- Model a customer-first approach grounded in professionalism and responsiveness.
- Own safe, efficient day-to-day service execution.
- Back up technicians on complex issues and customer escalations.
- Monitor service quality, customer feedback, and key operational metrics.
- Balance staffing, schedules, materials, and resources to meet demand.
- Enforce safety, policy, and procedural standards.
- Recruit, train, and retain exceptional talent.
- Find and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and the customer experience.
- Protect vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.
- 5 years in HVAC, field service, or a related trade.
- 3 years leading field teams.
- Proven customer service excellence and talent development.
- Strong communicator, organized, and a natural problem solver.
- Fluent with Microsoft Office.
- Experience as an HVAC Sales and Service Supervisor.
- Open, fast-moving office setting.
- Frequent vehicle travel to job and customer locations.
- Occasional entry into customer homes.
- Indoor/outdoor work across all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind) with proper PPE.
- Lift/move up to 20 pounds on a frequent basis.
- Drive and operate a motorized passenger vehicle.
- Use required PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, reflective vests, gloves, and safety-toe, construction-grade boots.
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Hear and distinguish speech/sounds to safely operate phones and office equipment.
- Maintain close, distance, and peripheral vision with normal depth perception (with or without correction).
- Communicate clearly using spoken word.
- Enter data using a traditional keyboard and/or 10-key keypad.
- Reach overhead and use arms/hands to signal, grasp, hold, lift, turn, push, and pull tools and objects.
