Client Care Operations Coordinator — Field Services

What if your knack for organizing chaos could keep technicians moving and customers smiling? In this role, you’ll turn a full schedule, shifting permits, and urgent requests into a smooth operation—all from our open office in San Antonio.

Your challenges (and how you’ll win)

• Turn questions into plans: Answer calls, guide customers through sales promos and installations, and lock in appointments.
• Close the loop: Make targeted outbound calls to follow up on permits/inspections and reschedule services when timelines change.
• Keep money matters clean: Process credit cards and refunds with accuracy.
• Route with precision: Use email, text, and other tools to enter data and dispatch the right manpower and resources throughout the day.
• Protect trust: Resolve claims and complaints fairly and effectively in line with consumer laws.
• Level up the experience: Promote local initiatives, educate customers, and turn survey results into thoughtful recommendations—sometimes even drafting improvement plans.
• Lead with safety: Follow all company policies and procedures; uphold our safety culture. Other duties as assigned.

What it takes

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of office experience with at least 20% of your day on the phone serving customers.
• Comfort with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (1 year).
• Effective English communication—verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work overtime on short notice; occasional weekends.

• Reach overhead and use arms/hands to signal, grasp, hold, lift, turn, push, and pull.
