- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while providing clear information.
- Handle data entry tasks using computer skills, including updating records, maintaining files, and processing transactions with precision.
- Assist with office management duties such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing documents.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support clerical tasks like proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records for easy retrieval.
- Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Maps to complete administrative functions efficiently.
- Must be able to book calls and route the technicians in a way to respect the techs time and keep cost down for the company
Skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients.
- Experience with office management systems
- Previous office or clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, and office equipment operation.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer support with patience and professionalism; prior HVAC or Construction receptionist experience is advantageous.
