Job Overview
Airtopia is searching for highly energetic and customer-savvy individuals who LOVE the idea of working in a trampoline adrenaline park and who are looking for a truly unique and fun work environment. If you love trampolines and you are what your friends call an extrovert, then the Airtopia team wants you! Party Hosts are the heartbeat of the Airtopia experience! They help families create memories in a safe, friendly, and helpful manner! Party Hosts interact with kids and parents alike, making sure their needs are met and helping to facilitate the best experience possible.
Part time and Full Time roles available, $9.50/hr. Looking for both morning shift and evening shift , weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in a friendly and well-informed manner about the park
- Up-sell Airtopia products and services to park guests
- Communicate clearly and frequently with management and court monitors
- Provide assistance with parties, corporate events, and park cleanup
- Open and close the party areas-- take ownership of park cleanliness
- Enforce Airtopia policies and procedures as a team member
- Attend staff training sessions as assigned
- Complete park tasks as assigned
- Other duties as assigned by management or supervisors

- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Must be able to handle customer complaints in an empathetic manner while firmly and consistently applying all Airtopia policies and procedures
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Work flexible hours including, weekends, and some holidays, as scheduled
- Quickly grasp and communicate new schedules, policies, and procedures
- General computer/tablet proficiency
- Must have a strong work ethic and a desire to gain experience through work
