Overview
Airtopia Adventure Park is looking for an Eatery Lead who is hardworking, high-energy, and customer service oriented to make our food service a 5-star experience. If you love the idea of working in a fun and dynamic environment and have the ability to stay on top of high-demand food and beverage orders, then we would like to meet you. Our Eatery team works directly with other Supervisors and the General Manager to maintain high performance and feed our hungry customers
Duties
- Engage customers in a friendly and well-informed manner about the park
- Provide energy and enthusiasm to make food and beverage sales
- Empathetically address customer concerns while firmly and consistently applying Airtopia policies
- Up-sell Airtopia products and services to park guests
- Set and clean up Eatery area, stocking and organizing all food items on a daily basis
- Plan and prepare pizza-baking schedule for all birthday parties each day
- Prepare all other customer orders quickly and professionally
- Complete daily cleaning tasks in your zone
- Follow Point-of-Sale and cash-handling procedures and policies
- Maintain knowledge of park services and schedules
- Provide support with parties, corporate events, and event cleanup
- Assist in cleaning all areas of the park, as assigned
- Inventory / Ordering on a weekly basis support

- Current or previous ServSafe certification is required (CA Food Handlers or local requirements)

- Previous retail or restaurant experience
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
