Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the park, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and safe for guests.
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate events and activities within the park, working closely with vendors and partners to enhance guest experiences.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve park operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to maintain high standards of service.
- Prepare reports on park activities, attendance, and maintenance needs for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and activities within the park.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
