Job Summary
Airtech Mechanical is looking for a reliable and motivated CSR/Dispatcher to handle incoming customer calls, schedule service appointments, and help keep our technicians booked and organized.
This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy role. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and confident on the phone, with the ability to guide customers and book appointments efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls (service, install, inquiries)
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC service calls
- Prioritize calls based on urgency (no heat / no AC situations)
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day
- Enter and manage customer information in system
- Follow up on unscheduled calls and open opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong phone communication skills
- Ability to handle high call volume
- Organized and able to multitask
- Comfortable asking for and securing appointments
- Experience in HVAC or home services is a plus (not required)
Preferred Experience
- Customer service or call center experience
- Scheduling or dispatching experience
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar software (a plus)
