We are seeking a self-motivated, high-energy Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
The main role is proactive outbound sales. You will review open recommendations provided by our field technicians, follow up directly with customers via outbound calls, and convert those opportunities into booked jobs. You will also serve as the local bridge between our branch, our corporate marketing team, and our external marketing partners.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Primary Focus: Outbound Sales & Pipeline Management
• Technician Follow-Ups: Review system recommendations from our field technicians and aggressively follow up with customers via outbound calls to close sales.
• Drive Repeat Business: Proactively contact existing customers to upsell annual maintenance agreements and Indoor Air Quality products.
• Lead Conversion: Research potential customers to create customized, benefit-driven HVAC offerings and convert them into ongoing clients.
• Support the Field: Manage the schedule and sales tracking for our Home Comfort Designers.
• Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls professionally and serve as a backup CSR/Dispatcher when needed.
Digital Marketing & Collaboration
• Team Collaboration: Act as the local point of contact, collaborating directly with our Corporate Marketing Team and our 3rd-party marketing agency to align local sales with national campaigns.
• Social Media & Search: Assist in executing localized social media marketing, Google SEO, and Google Local Search strategies.
• Paid Campaigns: Coordinate with our agency partners to monitor local Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Local Service Ads (LSA) performance and ensure incoming leads are being followed up on immediately.
Experience & Qualifications:
• Sales Drive: Proven experience or high comfort level with heavy outbound calling and phone sales (Required).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in administrative, sales, or marketing roles (Required).
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians, external agencies, and corporate teams.
• Digital Marketing: General working knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Google SEO, Google Local, and Google PPC (Required).
• CRM Skills: Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software is a major plus.
• Software: Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Salary : $42,000 - $62,000
