Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of piping crews on our projects
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings to plan and lay out piping systems
- Direct installation of hydronic piping systems, pumps, boilers, chillers, etc
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company quality requirements
- Schedule manpower, assign tasks, and monitor productivity to meet project deadlines
- Perform material take-offs, order supplies, and coordinate deliveries to maintain efficient workflow
- Conduct site inspections to verify proper installation, pressure testing, and system performance
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve conflicts and maintain project progress
- Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping records, and progress updates for management
- Enforce company safety policies, conduct jobsite safety meetings, and ensure proper use of PPE
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical guidance during installation and commissioning phases
Qualifications:
- 2+ years as a Hydronic Piping Foreman
- Able to pass a background check and a drug screening
- Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: Up to $43.00 per hour
