COMMERCIAL HVAC DUCT INSTALLER (SHEET METAL) FOREMAN ONLY

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a crew of sheet metal workers on-site
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings
- Coordinate with other trades and project management to meet deadlines
- Ensure all work meets code requirements and quality standards
- Order materials and manage inventory as needed
- Enforce safety rules and job site cleanliness
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial sheet metal experience
- Prior foreman or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC ductwork systems and installation practices
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay: Up to $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
