Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and management of HVAC construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Support in preparing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation.
- Track project progress and update schedules and reports.
- Attend project meetings and document key takeaways, decisions, and follow-up items.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and contract specifications.
- Help maintain communication between the office, field team, and our clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is REQUIRED
- 0–3 years of experience in project management role, or in the HVAC field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
