The successful candidate will work closely with company divisions and suppliers for correct ordering.
Job Duties:
- Assist in preparing and writing purchase orders based on the company’s needs
- Confirm price quotes, delivery schedules, and the accurate process of purchase orders
- Strong documentation skills both in writing and verbal communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders
- Help monitor purchase orders with multiple invoices for budget / purchase control
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Work with the accounting, production and logistic departments to aid with purchasing needs.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Basic knowledge of business software, purchasing software and Microsoft products
- Willing to work as part of a team
