JOB DUTIES:
- Respond to incoming emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure accuracy and organization of records
- Accurately code and process incoming payments
- Assist with handling and resolving customer disputes as needed
- Research and reconcile credits, short payments, and account discrepancies
- Process documentation related to credits, rebills, and adjustments
- Issue refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Provide backup support for reception as needed
- Update and maintain Work in Progress (WIP) reports to ensure accurate financial tracking
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Able to pass a background and drug screening
- Willing and able to work IN-OFFICE Monday - Friday
- High School Diploma
