Own the craft
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial DX HVAC equipment: rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, packaged units, and VRF
- Replace/repair compressors, motors, expansion valves, coils, and other critical components
- Capture precise records of diagnostics, work performed, materials used, and hours
- Communicate clearly with customers and collaborate with Airco teammates
- Operate with zero compromises on safety, building codes, and EPA compliance
- Maintain tools, instruments, and your work vehicle in excellent condition
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant trade school completion
- 5 years in commercial or industrial HVAC service
- EPA Universal License
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
- Able to pass a background check
- Full-time
- $30.00 – $60.00 per hour
- Expected 40–50 hours per week
- Sign-on bonus eligibility
- Two weeks paid vacation in your first year
