Job Duties:
- Analyze construction schedules
- Able to review and input HVAC and plumbing scope to the general contractor’s schedule
- Develop independent HVAC and plumbing schedules based on labor estimates
- Create detailed labor task reports for production
- Perform Weekly takeoffs from field to produce production rates
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Interact with Clients and company project managers
