HVAC Comfort Advisor

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven, competitive, and customer-focused HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our growing team.

This is a 100% commission sales position designed for an experienced sales professional who wants the opportunity to control their income through performance. You will meet with homeowners, identify their heating and cooling needs, present replacement and upgrade options, and close HVAC system sales.

If you are confident in front of customers, understand HVAC replacement sales, and want uncapped earning potential, this position is for you.

Compensation

100% Commission - Uncapped Earning Potential

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Perform a thorough assessment of the customer's comfort needs
• Inspect existing HVAC systems and identify replacement opportunities
• Explain HVAC system options in an easy-to-understand manner
• Present good/better/best solutions when appropriate
• Prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, comfort, reliability, and available options
• Sell complete HVAC replacement systems
• Recommend appropriate accessories, indoor air quality products, thermostats, zoning, maintenance plans, and other solutions
• Overcome customer objections and confidently ask for the sale
• Follow up with customers who do not purchase immediately
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Communicate effectively with install, service, and office teams
• Ensure sold jobs are properly documented and handed off for installation
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from the initial appointment through completion

What We're Looking For

Required

• HVAC sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to close sales
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-only environment
• Ability to explain technical information to homeowners in a simple way
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
