Sales & Field Service Technician (Exterior Cleaning)
Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on team member who enjoys both working with customers and working outdoors. This role combines sales outreach with field service work, making it ideal for someone who likes variety in their day and takes pride in both closing deals and delivering high-quality service.
You’ll be responsible for generating new business through email outreach and in-person visits, while also assisting in exterior cleaning services such as power washing, window cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. The split of field vs. office work will vary week to week, with typically more field work in the spring and summer months, transitioning to more sales/office work in the fall and winter.
Team Lead Technicians and office staff can reach $90,000 in earnings with experience and proven track record with our team. Lots of room to grow!
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Outreach
- Conduct outbound email outreach to generate new leads and opportunities
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
- Visit commercial properties to assess needs and provide quotes
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Field Service Work
- Perform exterior cleaning services including:
- Power washing (large multi-family buildings, offices, hospitals, parking garages)
- Window cleaning
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Set up, operate, and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer expectations
- Communicate clearly with customers on-site about scope of work and results
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service
- Experience with power washing, window cleaning, or similar trades
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment
- Comfort working independently in the field

Location
All sales work can be performed remotely or from our office in Newton. Our field work is generally in the Greater Boston Area with about 90% of jobs located within 495. Occasionally we work in Southern New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Norther Connecticut or Western Mass.
Own vehicle required to get to job sites. Any milage linked to sales activity is reimbursed.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
