The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the program manager conducting and performing analysis of the training program for employees assigned to the 72nd Force Support Squadron (FSS). The position will also act as the Alternate Deployment Manager ensuring assigned personnel are trained and qualified and ready to meet the Air Expeditionary Force requirements. Services as a Mortuary Affairs technician in administering, advising, and performing technical functions of the Tinker AFB Mortuary Affairs Program. Requirements: Obtain & maintain a security clearance Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA): 1. Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems concerning efficiency and effectiveness of the program and/or strategic sourcing. 2. Knowledge of overall missions, functions, and organization of the agency or component. Ability to apply the knowledge to evaluate current organizational strategies and performance. 3. Knowledge of organizational concepts, principles, and practices as related to the requirements for performance-based logistics, acquisition., supply maintenance, procurement procedures, manufacturing, strategic sourcing, and other support areas. 4. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with accuracy, and maintain good working relations with all individuals and organizations. 5. Ability to work with, lead, and manage various groups or individuals to resolve difficult problems/situations as related to organizational issues. Ability to understand and deploy lean concepts in problem resolution. 6. Skill in interpreting and applying complex DOD, USAF, AFMC, and AFSC regulations, methods, operating procedures, and policies, as well as developing methods and operating procedures as required.
