SALARY RANGE: $52,727 - $82,938 without locality.

- US Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security clearance.
- An appropriate, valid driver’s license may be required for the position.
- This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Demand Reduction Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety.

- May be required to serve as a member of the contingency recovery team during exercises and during real world contingencies.
- May be required to travel by military or commercial aircraft in the performance of TDY assignments.
- May be required to work overtime on an unscheduled or emergency basis.
- Knowledge in Asset Management Principles and Practices as it applies to Operations Management and Requirements and Optimization activities.
- Knowledge of CE work control, customer service, operations/maintenance management procedures, and functions and procedures of each type of CE work centers.
- Knowledge of AFIs, practices, and procedures pertaining to CE operations and ability to research, analyze, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, and procedures in a variety of situations, and recommend timely and economical solutions.
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management and Sustainment Management Systems, system capabilities, economic usage to effectively accomplish assigned functions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to manipulate data use macros and formulas, pivots tables and charts, perform data analysis, and build effective presentations.
- Knowledge of program planning and budgeting cycles, financial control, and budget systems; work classifications and the regulatory and statutory restrictions on the expenditures of appropriated and non-appropriated funds; automated data processing system capabilities; real property management; and economic usage to effectively accomplish assigned functions.
- Knowledge of analytical and diagnostic methods, procedures, and principles, and surveying methods, equipment, and techniques of measurements to identify project requirements.
- Knowledge of Water Fuel Systems, codes, and assets to assess, inventory, prioritize, and plan Water Fuel Systems work tasks and facility projects.
