- Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- This is a designated drug testing position
- This is a Mission Essential & Key Position. Active Guard and Reserve personnel are not qualified.
- Cyberspace Workforce – required to achieve both the foundational (within 9 months) and resident (within 12 months) qualification requirements.

- Knowledge of quantitative methods, data science, big data analytics, machine learning, AI, and operations research analysis techniques to conceptualize, develop, and apply models for complex problem-solving and decision support.
- Knowledge and skill in designing, developing, and integrating data systems, including cloud platforms, data warehousing, interoperability, system architecture, and lifecycle management.
- Skill in developing and utilizing data collection methods, building models and simulations, and applying predictive analytics to operational and strategic planning.
- Skill in software programming languages (e.g., jQuery, JavaScript, HTML) and applying current software engineering principles to design, develop, test, and implement custom applications and solutions.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks, standards, metadata schemas, compliance policies, and evaluation methodologies to ensure data integrity, security, and interoperability.
- A nationally recognized professional certification in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a directly related sub-field; and professional experience in operations research or computer science is highly desirable.
- Employee may be required to work and/or be “on call” after normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends or holidays and is subject to short- or no-notice recall to duty during exercises, crises, or contingencies.
- Certified Knowledge Management Practitioner highly desired
