Service Dispatcher
$23 - $28 per hour, based on experience
Sequim, WA | Full-Time
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians
- Keep customers informed on appointments and job status
- Process invoices, service records, and timecards
- Follow up on pending jobs and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of customer service, dispatch, or scheduling experience
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
