$100,000 annually | Base Salary Commission | First-Year Earnings: $80,000-$100,000
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with occasional weekend work)

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs
- Recommend HVAC systems and comfort solutions that fit their home and budget
- Prepare estimates and explain financing and product options
- Build lasting customer relationships through a consultative sales approach
- Stay organized and manage your appointments and follow-ups
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we're happy to train motivated individuals
- HVAC, home improvement, or service industry experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays as needed
- Intermediate computer skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
