- Lead residential and commercial HVAC installations from load-out through startup and commissioning
- Direct and mentor installation helpers and junior techs on the job site
- Perform system startups; verify refrigerant charge, confirm airflow, and check electrical readings
- Represent Air Docs professionally with homeowners and building contacts (you’re the face we send in)
- Coordinate with the office, flag scope changes before they become problems
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and job sites clean and organized
- 4-day work week 3-day weekend every week (schedule confirmed after probation)
