What You’ll Do
- Represent Air Docs professionally with homeowners (you’re the face we send in)
- Dispatch and communicate with HVAC technicians throughout the day.
- Speak with each technician after every service call to obtain all necessary job information.
- Request equipment and parts pricing from vendors.
- Prepare estimates for recommended repairs and system replacements.
- Create invoices and purchase orders using ServiceTitan.
- Schedule appointments and assist customers over the phone.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform general administrative and office tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required).
- Previous HVAC or dispatching experience is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
