Key Responsibilities
Required:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on sheet metal fabrication equipment (press brakes, shears, CNC machines, etc.).
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and document activities in the CMMS system.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies.
- Assist with equipment installations and improvement projects as needed.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication machinery.
- Familiarity with PLCs and automated systems.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
