What you will do:
- Will be ordering parts for HVAC jobs
- Calling customers to set up and schedule return for repairs.
- Ordering and coordinating parts deliveries from vendors, dealing with vendors on issues with getting parts, and hunting parts down.
- Coordinating with dispatch to get techs assigned to do return for repair. Manage and coordinate parts runner/s for parts pickups and deliveries, Manage monthly truck stock report, inventory management for warehouse.
- Stay on top of their assignments, tasks, and other responsibilities daily.
- Will have to report daily on issues and findings where there is a need.
Who you are:
- Able to work from 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass a drug screen
- MIcrosoft Office experience
