Essential Job Functions
- Audit job invoices daily to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Verify and reconcile revenue to confirm all earnings are correctly recorded and accounted for in the system.
- Post invoices promptly to support accurate and timely payroll processing.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1 years of office admin expereince
- Strong communication/interpersonal/customer service skills
- Commitment to company values
- Computer and technology savvy
- Reliable & punctual attendance
- Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
Preferred Qualifications:
- Service Titan experience
- Home Services expereience
Compensation & Hours
- Pay: $16-$18/hr
- Hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m, Monday–Friday
